Hello to you all!  I want to let you know where I base my perspective from.  I have been an active Realtor since 1986.  I have been through several ups and downs of our economy here in the USA and have managed to successfully guide the public through them.  As a Realtor, I have much more to offer than the average agent.  I was a developer of the Home Inspection industry, active in local and national real estate organizations, and trained hundreds of new agents and loan officers.  I am also multi-lingual and enjoy bringing the American dream ‘home’ to all!
